PREPARATION | WARPING | FINISHING | DYING | PRINTING
WE HAVE AUTOMATIC WARPING MACHINES FOR RAPPORTS OF UP TO 160 THREADS AND OTHER CONVENTIONAL ONES WITH 1200 POSITIONS
We have the possibility of carrying out warps for small industrial runs, since we have yarn dyeing. We carry out warps for dyed yarns, adapting ourselves to our own dyeing capacity, which is why we also reduce waste.

It is very important to have a good preparation of the fabric, since it guarantees the quality of the following processes to be carried out. We adapt our preparation services to each fabric to obtain the best results that each fiber requires.
NATURAL FIBERS (cotton, linen, viscose, jute…) = CHEMICAL PREPARATION: singed, degreased and continuous bleaching (pad-bach) which will eliminate impurities from dead fibers.
SYNTHETIC FIBERS (pes, modified pes, polypropylene…) = CONTINUOUS WASHES to eliminate enzymes from weaving.
PRINTING
The new digital printing systems are a technological challenge for the sector. We have become a benchmark in digital printing, breaking with the limitations of color and allowing us unlimited creativity and design. We achieve designs and fabrics that come to life with high definition and quality results.
WE HAVE PIGMENT INKS AND REACTIVE INKS, WHICH GUARANTEE VERY GOOD LIGHT FASTNESS, IDEAL FOR HOME DECORATION FABRICS.
We carry out the final process of the dyed, printed and previously treated articles, in which case they come directly from the previous chemical preparation.
Smoothed, primed, wrinkle-resistant, water-repellent, fire-retardant, calendered, chinz, sanfor, laminated finishes, as well as:
SINGED AND IMPREGNATED:
We eliminate excess fibers after weaving thanks to the action of a flame, in cellulose fibers such as cotton or linen, as well as in synthetic fibers with a mixture of cellulose such as polyester-cotton.
WHITENING:
CHEMICAL AND OPTICAL: We carry out bleaching with oxidants such as hydrogen peroxide through the pad-bach system, by exhaustion, through washing trains or RAME for optical bleaching.
CAR WASH:
We are committed to the best technology and we use the latest technology with state-of-the-art machines with the best dispensers, pressure pumps and washing showers. We can realize:
